The Itsekiri Progressive Youth Movement, IPYM, has felicitated the newly appointed Substantive Administration of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, saying they stand firmly behind him.                              

The IPYM, in a statement released in Warri, Delta state, Sunday March 24, described the appointment of Dr. Dennis Otuaro as the new  Boss of PAP,  by President Bola Tinubu as testament of Dr. Otuaro's exceptional leadership qualities, dedication and unwavering commitment to service."
