In the spirit of Christmas and as part of his humanitarian efforts, the Oritsegbegbemi Maurice Foundation, also called “OMO Foundation” has distributed bags of rice to the indigenes of Koko community in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State.

The foundation, established by a philanthropist, Dr. Oritsegbegbemi Maurice Ojo-Ede, also distributed bags of rice to PDP Ward 5 Party members as a show of solidarity to the party.
Recall that the Foundation had recently commissioned three drinkable water projects in Koko community.

Addressing newsmen, founder of OMO Foundation, Dr. Oritsegbegbemi Ojo-Ede averred “ I am a philanthropist and I love giving back to my people in any way. This is Christmas, so everyone should have something to go home with today. We all know that things are difficult in Nigeria now, and I cannot help but release the little I have to my people.”
Dr. Ojo-Ede appealed to other well meaning indigenes of Koko community to show a heart of kindness this Christmas as each kindness showed brings joy and happiness to the recipients.
High point of the event was the street distribution of over One Thousand Bags of rice to Koko indigenes and this put lots of smiles on the faces of the people.
