Warri South:16 youths successfully complete NYCN training on Electrical Installation, other skills

Sixteen youths have successfully completed trainings on Desktop Publishing, Electrical Installation, Crane Operation, Fashion & Design, Garment Making and Catering/Hospitality, courtesy of Warri South Chapter of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN.

Four of the youths underwent training in Electrical Installation, another four of them in Crane Operation, three were trained in Garment Making, while two each successfully completed training in Desktop Publishing and Catering/Hospitality, leaving the sixteenth trainee with the acquisition of skill in Fashion & Design.

Addressing the successful trainees during the graduation ceremony that held in Warri, Friday October 17, the Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Warri South Chapter, Comr. Destiny Tuoma Noritsegho, commended them for completing the training and encouraged them to put the skills learned into practice, just as he asked those who wanted to advance the skills acquired, to indicate interest.

Prominent leader of youths in Delta State, Dr. Hope George, assured the graduands that they would be recommended for job opportunities and commended Comr. Noritsegho for his efforts.

While the Programme Officer, Comr. Ladan Abdulahi, gave a verbal report on the training's progress, Mr. Saidu Ibrahim suggested that for future trainings, a different teacher should be considered for the fashion design department, saying the current one at the training centre along Okere Road, Warri, didn't meet expectations.

The Chaplain, Omagbemi Emmanuel, asked the trainees about their experiences, and they confirmed that it was beneficial and would recommend it to others.

The Vice Chairman of NYCN, Warri South Chapter, Comr. Ademola Happy Ogunleye, expressed gratitude to Comr. Noritsegho and encouraged the graduands to utilize their skills.

The Treasurer of NYCN, Warri South Chapter, Comr. Conget Ofeoritse Mele, also appreciated Comr. Noritsegho and advised the graduands to empower themselves and others, emphasizing the importance of applying the skills acquired.

Highpoint of the event, was the presentation of certificates and trade tests to the graduands by Comr. Noritsegho and Dr. Hope George.

9. Oghenerume Avwoghoke Emmanuel - Electrical Installation 

10. Ikesu Richard Anire- Electrical Installation 

11. Ladan Abdulahi - Electrical Installation 

12. Yahya Muhammad Ndakuia- Electrical Installation 

13. Randy Miller - Crane Operation

14. Ejegi Emmanuel Uraranoritse - Crane Operation 

15. Ighonmieyetan Harry- Crane Operation 

16. Emmanuel Ighowho Okuro- Crane Operation
