The All Progressives Congress, APC says it has concluded plans to go to the tribunal after collating what it describe as damning audiovisual evidences to prove alleged irregularities that led to the declaration of Princess Shola Daibo of Accord Party as the winner of the Warri South Constituency 1 Bye-Election held Wednesday April 26.
According to a terse statement credited to the Chairman of APC, Warri South Local Government Area, Prince Valentine Egbe, the party has contracted eminent Senior Advocates of Nigeria, SAN to prosecute the case.
