Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, has felicitated with Mrs. Tina Otumara, wife of Warri South PDP leader, Chief Joseph Otumara, on the occasion of her birthday, today, Friday,July 12.
In a terse message made available exclusively to Fresh Angle International, Dr. Tidi described Mrs. Otumara as a humble and God-fearing lady, who has continually stand solidly behind her husband and offer motherly counsel to everyone who comes her way.
The Warri South Council Boss, wished Mrs. Otumara more glorious years ahead as she ages with the grace of God.
Dr. Tidi used the medium to rejoice with Chief Otumara as well and prayed God to sustain the wisdom He bestowed on the Warri South PDP leader in the resolve to enhance the fortunes of the party in the local government area, just as he wished Mrs. Otumara long life and increased prosperity.
