All Progressive Congress, APC, Candidate for Warri South Constituency 1 in the last general elections, Prince Stanley Oritsemolebi Emiko, has prayed God to give former Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, victory at the Appeal Court.
Dr. Uduaghan, who is the APC Delta South Senatorial Candidate, had expressed determination to, “claim his mandate”, at the Appeal Court, after the election tribunal panel, consisting of Justice C. O. Onyeaba, Justice D.A. Oyegbemi and Justice S.N.J. Usman, in a judgement Saturday September 7, “established that there was substantial non-compliance with INEC electoral guidelines in some parts of Delta South Senatorial District and directed INEC to withdraw the certificate of return from Senator James Manager and conduct a rerun within 90 days”.
Prince Emiko, who is also at the tribunal to challenge the emergence of Hon. Augustine Uroye of the PDP as the lawmaker representing Warri South Constituency 1 in Delta State House of Assembly, congratulated the Deputy Senate President, Rt. Hon. Ovie Omo-Agege, Rev. Ejiro Waive of the House of Representatives and Hon. Halims Agoda, on their victories at the tribunal, praying God to grant victory to other APC candidates, awaiting judgment at the tribunal.
