Opinion: We Demand Arrest of GYC President, Onitsha - Yomere

We are calling on the Federal Government , State Government and security agencies to arrest and persecute Shedrack Ebikeme Onitsha the Gbaramatu Youths President, this is how they started in 1997 and they were giving amnesty by their brother former President of Nigeria Jonathan Goodluck, that led to the uprising of Boko haram and IPOB. 

They are rumors in town, that it was kidnappers that came to Omadino community and one person was killed and two abducted, while till the kidnappers are arrested and testify , the people of Omadino community strongly believe that, it was Shedrach Ebikeme Onisha, the Gbaramatu youths president that carry out that attack on Omadino community according to his video on social media. 

I’ve always admire the leadership of the Gbaramatu people because of the development and performance of their administration. 

Recently, l find out l was totally wrong , their leaders lack capability, lack publicly acceptance and lack survival capacity. 

They have made a lot of development performances, unlike the leaders of Omadino community led by Austin Oneysan Gbokwa and l know it was selfishness and greediness, that make them consider and throwaway our legitimacy as owner of Bakokodia and okighigho. 

The survival capacity of their people is not being put into consideration, rather personal political interest , this same interest that make them to kill innocent children, innocent women and innocent men of Itsekiri during the 1997 Warri crisis, they have made money, l hope they can sustain it. 

Morealso , it obvious the leaders of Gbaramatu lack capability, that was the reason they ask one Onisha, who is the Youths President of Gbaramatu people, openly made a video threatening to kill Itsekiri people and capture Omadino community to become Gbaramatu community. 

The leaders of Gbaramatu are same with the leadership of Nigeria, they failed to command responsibility and authority required to succeed, why will they ask their boy to make such video without apology to Omadino people and Itsekiri, silent means consent.

The leaders of Gbaramatu lack learning capacity that is, to learn from its past mistakes and make corrections as and when necessary. 

We demand justice and we ask chevron should stop dealing with any Ijaw group with the names Okerenkoko and kokodiagbene,those names are illegal and we will sue chevron for contempt of court judgement. We will not accept JIV with any Ijaw group as community rather any Nigeria or Delta state citizens affected by the spillage,those areas are exclusively owned by Omadino people.
