Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Monday Igbuya, on Thursday April 7, cleared the air on a misinformation about the Special Adviser to the Governor on Library, Barrister Kingsley Esiso.

The Speaker declared, “Barrister Kingsley Esiso is an indigene of Okpara Inland. I can tell you this for sure. His father was buried in Okpara Inland. I was in attendance at the burial about 15 years ago. And I hope that will rest the argument of where he is from.”

In a statement made available to Our Correspondent, Hon. Igbuya in an apparent reaction to a story on Esiso origin by a self-proclaimed group, Ethiope East Chapter of Delta Central PDP Youth Movement, DCPYM, opined that the views of the group were aimed at discrediting the Special Adviser to the Governor.

He advised DCPYM not to distort the record of a man who served PDP with honour and stressed that Barrister Kingsley Esiso is a duly registered member of PDP who has diligently served the party.
