The National Vice Chairman of People’s Democratic Party, PDP Prince Uche Secondus has described the alleged failure of All Progressive Congress, APC led Federal Government to sustain the economy tempo of the country over the past one year as “lack of clear economy agenda to reposition the nation’s economy”.
Prince Secondus reportedly made the declaration in a chat with newsmen after his keynote address during the Yenagoa version of ‘Shift Greater Heights and Talent Hunt Programme’ organized by the Redeem Christian Church of God Nationwide in a bid to identify talents in the area of leadership.
Prince Secondus said the country needed Christians that can imbibe the characteristics of Daniel in the Bible that will serve the people without any compromise and expressed satisfaction on the PDP Ward Congresses held recently.
Earlier, Prince Secondus said the programme was designed to spur Christians in taking their rightful place in politics, noting that politics has advanced more to the days when it was seen as a dirty game.
A Pastor of Redeem Christian Church of God, Lagos State, Engineer David Omonibeke who spoke on challenges of Entrepreneurship, said Christians should step up their game and take advantage of the talent hunt to strive. The Cleric enjoined Christians to key into Dock Service Yearly training Programme in Bayelsa State.
Highpoints of the programme was a choir presentation from Divine International Secondary School and Miss Paga Beredugo, Yenagoa District Musical Director.
