The Minister of State, Petroleum Resources (Oil), Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri, has just arrived Warri Refinery for the 13th Refineries' Rehabilitation Steering Committee Meeting.
He is expected to inspect the progress of work on the ongoing Quick-Fix Project in the Refinery.
According to a terse statement obtained few minutes ago, from the X Handle of NNPCL, Senator Lokpobiri, was accompanied by the Group CEO, NNPC Limited, Mr. Mele Kyari.
