Chief Ayirimi Emami Marks 7th Year installation as Ologbosere of Warri, attributes success to God

The CEO of A and E Petrol, prominent politian and Philanthropist, Chief Ayirimi Emami, today, Sunday October 20, celebrated his 7th year installation as Ologbosere of Warri Kingdom, attributing his success to God.                           

Our Senior Roving Correspondent, reports that the celebration held at Chief Emami's palatial home in Egbokodo, Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.

Chief Ayirimi Emami was joined by friends and members of the Ologbosere family to offer prayers and perform Temotsi (pouring of libation) in appreciation for God’s guidance and protection for the past seven years as Ologbosere.

He explained: "We have come to offer prayers to our ancestors today in very low key, because the day I was conferred with the Ologbosere title, only few people were there and those people are still here with me today

‘I pray for peace and long life of Warri kingdom, Iwere sons and daughters particularly the Ologbosere descendants."

Speaking earlier, the Spokesperson of Ologbosere Descendants, Mr. Alex Eyengho pointed out that Chief Ayirimi Emami was conferred with the title of Ologbosere of Warri kingdom by the 20th Olu of Warri Kingdom, Ogiame Okenwoli, after recommendation from the Ologbosere family.

‘’Today we are here celebrating the seventh anniversary of the conferment of the chieftaincy title of Ologbosere of Warri kingdom on Chief Ayirimi Emami by Ogiame Ikenwoli the 20th Olu of Warri.’’ He said.

Also, Sir Amorighoye Mene, a descendant of the Ologbosere family, said: "We are here to celebrate with Chief Ayiri to thank the ancestors for grace and protection all though the years, although Chief said it is a low-key ceremony, but as a good man that has a large heart, you can see the large turnout of people’’.
