Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade Weyinmi Isaac Agbateyiniro, has transmitted Executive Bill to Warri South Council Legislative Arm, to get legislative approval for the establishment of Warri South Local Government Area Property Investment Development Committee.
Fresh Angle International understands that the Warri South Local Government Boss, signed the Executive Bill Friday November 15.
When established, the Warri South Local Government Area Property Investment Development Committee, is expected to work with relevant stakeholders to actualize the Island to be constructed in Warri South Local Government Area.
Other Executive Bills signed today by Comrade Agbateyiniro and transmitted to the Warri South Legislative Arm are: "
- A Bye Law Providing the Procedure for the Enforcement and Punishment of Road Traffick Violations in Warri South Local Government Area.
- A Bye Law Providing for the Procedure for Collection and Enforcement of Revenue Accruable to Warri South Local Government Area.
- A Bye Law providing for Enhancement of Security within Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State."
