Boisterous Warri group, Concerned Itsekiri Indigenes, CII has admonished President of Itsekiri National Youth Council, INYC, Comrade Esimaje Awani, members of his executive as well as the four newly sworn-in Advisers of the Itsekiri Apex Youth Body, INYC to eschew violence and continually adhere to authority of the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli.
In a statement made available to Fresh Angle International in Warri on Friday October 14, the group commended the leadership of Itsekiri National Youth Council and declared that Comrade Esimaje Awani as well as members of his executive have exhibited exemplary leadership to Itsekiri youths across the world.
The statement which was signed by Secretary of CII, Comrade David Odeli, asserted that the conference convened by the INYC where four Advisers: former Transition Committee member of Warri South Local Government, Mr. Austine Lori, Jones Efele, Austine Ayeoritsede and Jolomi Boyo were sworn-in, is the first in history since INYC was founded after Warri crisis.

CII enjoined the leadership of INYC and her four new Advisers to sustain their peaceful disposition, aspire for higher leadership responsibilities and take the entire Warri Kingdom as their constituency.
The statement advised INYC leadership to make the stakeholders’ conference a regular occurrence so as to consolidate on peace and confidence building process in Warri Kingdom.
