The Senior Special Assistant, SSA to the Governor of Delta State on Youths Development, Comrade Hope George gave the advice while speaking to newsmen in Government house Asaba said there was no alternative to breeding children that could be reliable future leaders.
Comrade George blamed the unwholesome behavior of some children to poor upbringing and advised parents and care given to train their children in the way of the Lord.
The SSA called on Government at all levels to domesticate the child rights law as proactive measure to stopping child abuse, rape, early marriage, child exploitation, and other harmful practice perpetuated against children.
The Governor's Aide said making the Society safe would promote the survival of the children and help them get to the pinnacle of their dreams.
Comrade George lauded Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for ensuring the domestication of the child right law in addition to enjoining other State to promote ideals that would guarantee the wellbeing of children in the country.
