Member of Local Government Service Commission, Delta state, Dr. Minnie Igbrude, has charged the Chairman of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, Warri South Council chapter, Comrade Raymond Emiko, to continually soar in humility.
Dr. Igbrude, who was the immediate past Head of Personnel Management in Warri South Local Government Council, gave the charge in a goodwill message to felicitate Comrade Raymond Emiko on the occasion of his birthday today, Saturday December 16.
She prayed God to sustain His Grace on Comrade Emiko and members of his family, urging the Warri South Council number one unionist to remain steadfast in his determination to achieve better welfare for staffers of Warri South Local Government Council.
