Former Transition Committee Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Augustine Uroye has boosted teaching and learning in Udu Local Government Area with the donation of books and other writing materials to pupils of Igbogidi Primary School, Igbogidi.
Making the presentation Monday October 16, the ex- Secretary to Warri South Local Government asserted, “it’s part of my contribution yearly to develop primary education, which is the bedrock of any society, so as to encourage educational growth”.
The Head Teacher of Igbogidi Primary School, Igbogidi, Mrs. Ezewu who was apparently delighted, thanked Dr. Uroye for the gesture and assured of judicious use of the items toward the enhancement of teaching and learning in the school.
