Warri South to partner Naija Success Project

Authorities of Warri South Local Government has pledged to partner a Non-Governmental Organization, Naija Success Project in their campaign to fight examination malpractices and other social vices in a bid to improve secondary education in Warri South Local Government Area and other parts of Delta State.

Our Senior Correspondent reports that the Warri South Local Government Council Supervisor for Education, Linda Eya Ikpuri gave the assurance Monday August 28 on behalf of the Warri South Local Government Chairman, Hon. Mathew Edema during a working visit by a delegation of Naija Success Project.

She admonished youths to pursue their career diligently, adding that those who are not distracted by social vices will become successful in whatever career they choose.

The Project Manager, Naija Success Project, Charles Adimah stressed the need to partner the Council in the educational advancement project and revealed the NGO’s plan to launch a world-class website that will afford parents  as well as students the opportunity to read books and other  educational materials online with ease.

According to him, the website will also enable secondary school students make informed career choices and engage their peers.

The Logistics’ Manager of Naija Success Project, Mrs. Vivian Pori Ajomale who spoke briefly in the same vein, explained that the project was equally targeted at making the students appreciate the importance of E-Learning.

While affirming that they are poised to imbibe the spirit of hard-work among students in secondary schools, Mrs. Ajomale thanked authorities of Warri South Local Government Council for agreeing to partner the NGO.
